Might Be

Tonight might be the last night of the week at work. Not sure, overtime has been posted, but 2nd shift might get out of it. I hope we do. I'm bushed. It's taking me awhile to get used to 2nd shift hours.

I'm getting into the swing of the job though, I think. We've had a pretty good week tier wise, which is good, and I think I've done a fair job of setting up 3rd shift to have some pretty good nights.

I've missed Nikki something horrible all week. We've talked on the phone for a few minutes each day during her lunch break, but that's not nearly the same. I think the kids have been doing alright for her during the evenings. I'll find out more this weekend. I hope they have, especially the boy. I hope he's been having decent bedtimes.

Love ya Nikki. I'll talk to you and actually see you tonight when I get off work.

Gotta Go

Kenny

Right on, Kenny:):)...

We just off that shift:):)...They were short on EPS people, so they had me working with Jody all night:):)...Jody's pretty laid back, so it was a good night, all in all:):)...

Sorry you don't get to see Nicky, bud...Melissa's my EX-girlfriend, and I miss her with our separate shifts:):)...so I can't imagine:):)...

I'm still downloading the Pro Pain...but I did download a bunch of Clutch:)...I'm listening to 10001110101, right now:):)...and they have this really interesting song called Cowboy Beebop, Kenny, that you should check out:):)...it's this really mellow jazz sound that you wouldn't expect from Clutch, at all:):)...but it's really good, really:):)...kind of cool that they did it, really:):)...

We may be going to a play, tonight, Kenny (or we may go next week...that's my preference...but Deway is insisting that we do something tonight since we've canceled like 3 or 4 times...so I said I'd call him about the play...it's at 8PM at the Lawrence Arts Center (9th and New Hampshire)...it's a 10 minute play festival of plays written by Lawrence authors:):)...you're totally invited, if you're free:):)...it's not G-rated...but people bring their kids to them, sometimes...just thought I'd put out the invite:):)...

Hope you're doing well, bud:):)...

Talk with you soon, I hope:):)...

It's Nikki, not Nicky. If she sees you spelling it that way she'll be angry. :)

Anyway, I've got everything by clutch and most everything by their side projects. Cowboy Beebop isn't theirs. Don't know who it is.

Sorry about the spelling, Nikki:):):)...

Huh...welp...I guess that's the crapshoot of downloading:):)...

...it's been interesting listening to Whiskey and Rye and Come On Motherfucker, in the meantime:):):)...

Talk with you soon, bud:):)...

I think someone who doesn't know Clutch is nameing those files you are downloading.

The song you called Come On Motherfucker is actually called Binge And Purge. The end of the song repeats come on motherfucker over and over, right?

The song you have listed as Whiskey and Rye is actually called Big News I, if I'm guessing right. It says in it "bring me more whiskey and rye", right?

I take Clutch very seriously. People need to get the song titles right. :)

Right on, Kenny:):)...I think you got those song names right...I know that's the right one on "Come on, Motherfucker" (it's kind of a distinctive chorus:):)...and I'll listen for the "whiskey and rye" line...

I'm totally digging on Damien Rice's Blower's Daughter, right now...if you get a chance...it's gorgeous...
