She's gone...

My wife has left me.

For the weekend anyway.

She's gone to Boston to visit some friends of ours.

She's having all the fun.

I wish I was there but finances wouldn't allow it.

It's just me and the kids this weekend. Think we'll go for a walk around the lake in a bit. Not sure what we'll do afterwards. We'll have fun though, even if it kills me.

Intolerance

I've been labeled intolerant. Yep, intolerant... Wow. I never thought that I'd be called that.


Is it intolerant to not like stereotypes? Is it intolerant to not like to hear that everyone in a certain demographic, say euro-americans, are evil? Is it intolerant to point out an individuals hypocrisy? If it is, then I guess I'm intolerant.

I don't like to see any other group denegrated by any other individual or group. It pisses me off. If that's intolerance, so be it.

Now, I'll be the first to admit that America has its problems. America has people that fit the xenophobic stereotype. I realize that. I'm not that person.


I'll stop talking now.
